CPHA = 1 (clock is valid on trailing edge) for proper display of translated byte data

Optional Commands for ISO15693/ISO18000-3(Mode 1) are: 

1. Read Single Block (Command Code 0x20)
2. Write Single Block (Command Code 0x21)
3. Lock Block (Command Code 0x22)
4. Read Multiple Blocks (Command Code 0x23)
5. Write Multiple Blocks (Command Code 0x24) (not known to be supported by any transponder manufacturer)
6. Select (Command Code 0x25)
7. Reset to Ready (Command Code 0x26)
8. Write AFI (Command Code 0x27)
9. Lock AFI (Command Code 0x28)
10. Write DSFID (Command Code 0x29)
11. Lock DSFID (Command Code 0x2A)
12. Get System Info (Command Code 0x2B)
13. Get Multiple Block Security Status (Command Code 0x2C)

Not all ISO15693/ISO18000-3(Mode 1) transponders support all these commands, developer/user should always refer to transponder specific data sheet or reference guide for each device being used.  

**TI based tags used here in the examples, so option flag in request byte is set for all write and lock operations. Consult any other mfg DS for their specific requirements on this detail.
